This sweet boy was at a kill pen in Texas.
The 1st photo is his kill pen intake photo.
The 2nd picture is him after being there for 3 weeks. You can see every single bone in his poor body.
I wasn’t going to add another horse as I’m completely full. But the look in his eyes crushed my heart. This boy was so weak and so sick that he couldn’t even pass for a health certificate to cross state lines into Colorado.
He has been rehabilitating at a fantastic boarding facility in Texas. The 3rd photo below is his improvement after only 2 weeks of exceptional care.
